Hello,
I am facing some weird issues with webex lately:
- Users connected on VC systems (registered on CUCM 11.5) are kicked-out and they have to re-join the meeting-unsuccessfully sometimes
- while troubleshooting I signed out from my webex meeting app and when I try to sign back in (SSO is implemented) I get the message in the title
- If I re-install webex meeting app works for the first login, but fails on the second
- Tested on different PCs
- while trying to access webex via a browser SSO works without issues
Environment: Webex site admin + WCH
IDP: F5
Any Idea what is wrong? Or shall I proceed and open a TAC?
