Webex meetings app: Authentication required to access the resources

Hello,

 

I am facing some weird issues with webex lately:

 

  • Users connected on VC systems (registered on CUCM 11.5) are kicked-out and they have to re-join the meeting-unsuccessfully sometimes
  • while troubleshooting I signed out from my webex meeting app and when I try to sign back in (SSO is implemented) I get the message in the title
  • If I re-install webex meeting app works for the first login, but fails on the second
  • Tested on different PCs
  • while trying to access webex via a browser SSO works without issues

Environment: Webex site admin  + WCH

IDP: F5

 

Any Idea what is wrong? Or shall I proceed and open a TAC?
