Webex Meetings Video Freezes

Hi, I'm using Webex App (ver. 43.4.0.25788) on windows 11 (ver. 22H2, OS build 22623.1325) and about a couple of weeks, when I was on a meeting, video has started to freeze every 5 seconds. I search on the windows task manager, and found that the version of the webex meetings was 32 Bits. I've downloaded the 64 Bits version, removed the older, installed the 64 Bits and everything started to work again. Then I found that Webex Meetings wasn't on the latest update (fresh install 43.4.3.10) because an update was available to the 43.4.4.6 version. After I update it, the problem of the video freezing came back again. Is this an known bug?

Good moring @TAmaral  Often video freezing during a Webex meeting is caused by the internet connection or resources on the computer.  I've created a troubleshooting guide for our staff that has information on how to check these.  You can click on this LINK to go to that document.  Hopefully this helps you to identify the cause of the issue on your device.
