Hello @ricktainment . It's typically best to download apps on a mobile device using the app store for that device. Since it's an android, you will use the Google Play store which we assume you did originally. Please use the following steps and see if it will resolve your issue:
- Go to Settings>Apps
- Locate Webex Meetings (if not listed, skip and go step 4)
- Select Webex Meetings and Uninstall app (follow all prompts until it says successfully uninstalled)
- Turn phone off and then back on again
- When phone is back on, open Google Play (login to Google account if needed)
- Search for Webex Meetings app
- Select Install
- Follow prompts
If this Webex Meetings doesn't install, open a support ticket with Samsung. They have great support and there might be a technical issue with the app loading on that device. If it's a Samsung issue, they will help you through the process. If it's a Webex issue, they should be able to help with reporting it to the app developers.
