One of my user's keeps seeing an open door icon next to people she doesn't work directly with. When she clicks the contacts name - the message screen opens but is blank. We have signed the user in/out; uninstalled/reinstalled (cleared appdata and restarted), changed notification settings. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to make these stop?
