Webex Network Recording Player for Windows .ARF File update?

Any word on when the download will get updated? I'm still getting 41.1.3.4 from the download link at https://www.webex.com/video-recording.html. Security alert from last week says 41.4 or later should be available from there. https://tools.cisco.com/security/center/content/CiscoSecurityAdvisory/cisco-sa-webex-player-dOJ2jOJ

They are updating, the last version I had 41.7.4.13

In my case, I hear sound but not voice. My pc computer is windows 10 Pro. ¿Any idea why I have this issue?
