Hi all. I recently bought a MacBook Pro and loving it. However recently I downloaded all my Webex software to start using the Laptop full-time and found that when running workshops and sharing any presentation file that has video, that it wants to download an additional audio file to be able to play the video and share sound. I have no way of downloading this file and assumed it would do this automatically with the software bundle download. Can anyone help please I'm stuck. Thanks Richard
