Recently, libxml2 had a major update and led to errors. Since then, the Webex app can't connect to phone services anymore. I attached the log file (libxml2-error.txt).
This should be fixed by installing libxml2-legacy which provides the missing file. Instead this causes Webex to crash, crash_info, current_log and linux journal are also attached.
Does anyone have a suggestion how this can be fixed?

@moritz1108 you said this happened since some update to libxml2?
Can one not downgrade that, and only that, package?
I'll give it a try for sure
EDIT:
Nope..

Hi, having Arch on my home PC I have the exact same issue.
Also libxml2-legacy is required for Cisco Secure Client as well...
