Hello,
Our institution uses Webex for internal chat as well as meetings. I apologize if I'm using incorrect jargon, but it is my understanding that only a select few employees have "licenses" and the rest of us are using free accounts. Our free accounts are tied to our company e-mail addresses through.
I have a profile picture that is used correctly on the Webex app (for chat), but it does not show up when I join internal meetings.
If it matters, when I try to log into our webex site (via companyname.my.webex.com), I get a message stating: "Your account does not have access to this Webex site." I struggle to believe that this is the cause of the issue however, as other "free user" colleagues have mysteriously managed to have their profile pictures carry over into a Meeting.
I have uploaded the picture to my "Webex.com" account.
Any ideas?
Thank you,
SM
