Hi,
When in a webex call on a Mac my audio output is frequently, but randomly switched to a different source. Specifically, I have a USB mic (RODE-NT) which also shows up as a speaker as it has a headphone plug which I don't use. It's increasingly the case that in the middle of a call my audio output is switched from the display audio to the 'mic speaker' where there is nothing plugged in.
Why is Webex switching audio outputs and how can I prevent it.
Thanks

so noting the uselessness of this forum where Webex personnel is not monitoring the thread. This one is more than a year old.

This is obnoxious, we are in an open space, and every-time the presenter moves to a new slide Webex is switching to the mac speakers instead of the headphones. This disturbs all the colleagues. Happening on MAs OS Sierra, Mojave and Big Sur. Please correct this.

I have this problem too. For me it seems to happen when a new presenter shares their screen.
