Webex Sync Mute button option missing

I've noticed that the Sync Mute button option is missing from the latest Webex updates. Was this removed intentionally, and if so, are there any plans to add it back?

I sometimes handle multiple calls simultaneously on the same headset and need to be able to mute Webex without muting my headset. Without this option, I'm unable to unmute my headset without also unmuting my Webex session.

I'm having this issue as well; I have a team of people who use webex meetings for training while taking calls using Jabber, and using the Jabra headsets has made the system unusuable. Every time the mute is pressed in webex it mutes via the device. There used to be a setting, the "Sync mute button status" checkbox; this has disappeared in the most recent updates. At this point we're about to have to switch from using Webex to another service like Zoom -- please help!
