Webex Teams 3.0.10802.0 crashing after Duo Authentication on Mac OS 10.14.6

My Webex teams application with version 3.0.10802.0 keeps crashing and restarting on Mac OS Mojave 10.14.6. It was working fine until last night.

 

As per the recommendation, I downloaded the latest version of Webex Teams and that does not even start on my Mac.

 

I have tried rebooting my Mac and multiple retries for login, but nothing works. It crashes and restarts immediately after Duo Authentication. The recommended Mac_Log_Tool to collect the crash report isnt working either. 

 

Please help me resolve this issue.

This worked for me:

 

To clear the Cisco Webex Teams cache: 

  1.        Exit the Webex Teams application.
  2.        Open Finder.
  3.        Click on Go.
  4.        Under Go to the folder: type in "~/Library/Caches" (without the " symbols).
  5.        Delete any of the following folders if they are shown:

·         Cisco-Systems.Spark

·         Cisco Spark

·         Sparkle

·         Spark 3705

  1.        Click on Go.
  2.        Under Go to the folder: go to: ~/Library/Application Support.
  3.        Delete the following folders if they are shown:

·         Cisco Spark

·         Cisco-Systems.Spark

  1.        Launch Webex Teams.
  2.    If the above does not work, please delete the current version of your Webex Teams on your Mac.
  3.    After the uninstallation, download itfrom this website https://www.webex.com/downloads.html/ and re-install it.
  4.    Launch Webex Teams.
