WebEx Teams Name and Text Cut Off in Display

In the image below, you'll notice that my name, status, the words "Messages", "Schedule" and +Add all appear to be sliced or cut off.  What is causing this?  How do I fix it?

common suggestions are:
- re-install the Client (just tin case the automatic update-process broke the application)

- clear the webex cache (Team Collaboration - How Do I Clear the Cache for Webex?)

- try to set the "Display Scaling" to 100% (+logoff)
