In April I was able to successfully record an entire 73 minute meeting. This week I tried recording several meetings, each time the recording stops at somewhere between 30 - 90 seconds. The meeting recording is saved and I can access it, but I would like to record for longer.
I'm using Webex Teams desktop with Mac OS 10.14.6. I have screen share on while I'm meeting. Screenshot of my recordings attached.
Thank you for any advice. If you can suggest a better place to post this, please let me know.

Are you using a free Account?
In case you do:
during the first wave of the Covid-madness, Cisco offered free Webex-Accounts with several advanced features enabled.
On 1st of July 2020 (?) Cisco changed the features of free accounts back to this level: https://www.webex.com/pricing/index.html
As you can see here: https://help.webex.com/en-us/n62735y/Record-a-Webex-Meeting the recording-feature of free accounts is now limited to record meetings directly on your computer.

Thanks for the info. I log in through my employer so I don't know if its a free account. I have a ticket with my IT but haven't heard back. I'll add this info to the ticket.
Meanwhile - if the account is free, you're saying I can still record a meeting, I just have to save it to my computer. Do you know where the option/setting/preference to have the recording save directly to my computer is?
Thanks.

@Artteacher
an employer-provided Account is probably not a free account, I guess.
Since Webex is a business-tool your IT is able to centrally manage the features and behaviour of your Webex-Software.
means: Your IT may have disabled the recording feature.
This is how to handle the recording-features:
