We have a 700 seat deployment of Webex Teams. We have setup SSO with ADFS through a reverse proxy. Users are able to login to webex teams fine on Windows, Android and Iphone. However, users recieve an unauthorised error message when trying to login using the OSX webex client when they try to login with out even being prompted to enter credentials.
As well, I have set up the calling behaviour to be 'Calling in Webex Teams (Unified CM)'. The softphone registers fine on Windows and Android fine, just not on IOS.
I have deployed webex teams register CUCM with MRA/SSO with ADFS.When first login webex teams I must enter user/password twice for webex teams and phone service. The customer need to enter user/password only one time.
When you did it you must enter user/password twice or not?
