Hi,
Sorry, Yes, I should have posted those previously:
For the Removal Tool, go here: https://help.webex.com/en-us/WBX000026378/Meeting-Services-Removal-Tool
or the link to Download the Compressed file directly
And to download the Cisco Webex Teams now just called Webex, go here: https://www.webex.com/downloads.html
Remember, this website will show you the bit version it sees you are currently running. Click the Down arrow to select either 32 bit or 64 bit.
Hope this helps.
Thanks,
Francois

fpiccoli,
Take a look at Bug CSCvx41506.
There is a solution there worth trying.

Yes, we are wondering what the fix is as well. This is now occurring after some auto-update from Cisco dated yesterday (12/17/20). What is the fix for Windows 10 x64 systems?

Update:
I ended up using the CiscoWebexRemoveTool (v2800.3906.1906.1201) to remove Cisco Meetings from our system. I also uninstalled Cisco Teams using Control Panel. After a reboot I used a program to clear out any remaining Registry settings for Cisco programs.
I installed Cisco Productivity Pack v39 first, then I installed Webex Teams v40.11.0.17133 dated from 12-4-2020.
Teams appears to be working now. Not sure what was updated yesterday from Cisco, but after performing the above, Teams is working again for now.

After you uninstall the Webex software via Control Panel, and you use the Cisco Removal Tool and then reboot your system.
Then run some type of Registry cleaner (Like CCleaner) to remove any left-over registry settings from Cisco that are still in the Registry. After this is completed, Perform this:
1. Install Webex Productivity Pack 1st
2. Install Webex Teams (now called Webex) using the WebexTeams.msi
3. If the WebexTeams.msi asks you to either Repair or Uninstall select Uninstall and reboot the system again
4. Install WebexTeams.msi again and install the package
At the end of the install, try to start Teams again.
The trick sometimes I found is that I have to use the actual WebexTeams.msi to perform an uninstall then reboot before trying to install it again. This Qt platform issue just happened today, but in the last month I've had issues where Teams is working one day and not the other after some auto-update.
Hopefully this helps but I do hope someone from Cisco can pipe in and offer some type of clue as to why this is happening.
We are thinking about disabling the Auto-Update feature since every other update breaks something in Teams for us.
Thanks.

Googling this error message shows lots of results and potential causes/fixes. I would start there. Could be a problem with the install location or some missing library dependencies on your system.

Yes, there are many solutions for this problem but with different applications. I need a specific solution for Webex Teams. I don't know of library dependences. Therefore I need a step by step solution.
