when attending WebEx session all delegates' videos are split into 4 pieces, but assembled in a wron order. This is true for all videos in the session. My video is translitted to the others correctly and the preview on my video on my screen is correct.

Hello Andreas,

This seems to be a known issue with graphic cards and following the below steps should fix the issue.
Please check if the graphics card used by the user is an Nvidia graphics card. The issue may have caused by a setting of the NVIDIA video adapter.

Try to set GPU Preference Emphasizing to Performance mode.

Updating the graphics card driver may also help to fix the issue.

Thanks,
Avi

Hi,

yes, this is correct, it is on NVIDIA graphics, graphics drivers are up to date.

And yes setting "GPU Preference Emphasizing" to "Performance mode" solved the problem!

THANKS!

Cheers!

I was having the same issue but setting the global settings did not work for me. I found a solution

Use the target in process explorer

https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/downloads/process-explorer

Click and hold the target and then release on the scrambled webex video.

This told me the process was atmgr.exe (Cisco webex service)

In NVIDIA control panel go to program settings

Add the app Cisco Webex (atmgr.exe)

"Change Antialiasing - Mode" override and choose "off"

Apply settings

Now in procexp I killed all cisco webex process to close it down

Started again and scramble issue was gone.
