Webex virtual background not working on Mac OS Big Sur and Webex 40.12.5 14

Hi, hope anyone can help me out here. I have a brand new macbook air with OS Big Sur and just installed the Cisco Webex Meeting (version 40 12 5 14) and the virtual background option is not available. How can I make this work? Thanks

@MarianaAlmeida01624 , indeed strange that you don't get the option to enable virtual background.

I would recommend opening a TAC case for this (https://mycase.cloudapps.cisco.com/case)

Thank you! I just read it and indeed my computer fulfill all the requirements (although not an intel processor, Ithe new mac has 8 cores) Any idea on what the problem can be?
