Hi,
I have a broadband connection with a speed of 200 mbps. I connect to my Webex meetings via VPN. When i join a meeting Webex connects fine but after a couple of minutes it keeps throwing the reconnecting message. On the other hand when i connect to my wifi dongle which has a maximum speed of about 16 mbps the Webex meeting works fine though i'm connected via VPN. Can somebody help me out with this issue. Tried reinstalling my wifi driver as well- no luck!
Note: A webex support agent did a speedtest on my laptop when connected to my VPN and it met the connection requirements
