we send this configuration with our app via MDM Workspace ONE
Configuration Key: OrgIdentifier
Value type: String
Org-ID: our ID from the admin cisco panel
but if we try to login in the webex app after deploying the app with the config, we got following error in the logfiles of the app:
AppWrapperAndSDKCustomSettingsProfileGroup|parseSDKCustomSettings : malformed JSON.||org.json.JSONException: Expected ':' after <item at character 8 of {<item key="orgId" value="********************************" />}
error message on the phone: Management required
The application requires a valid organisation identifier to continue
