What's the difference between the app version and the browser version

Is there a difference in functionality between using Webex in your app and using it in a browser?

The app and browser version are very similar but there are a few limitations with some of the more advanced features like annotation and sharing features.  Here's a link to a page that has some information about the features on various systems and browsers that might help.
