When the email invitation is sent out to the users, the meeting time is shown at Pacific Time, even though I'm in the Central Time Zone. For example, a meeting that is scheduled for 10am CT, shows the meeting is at 8am PT but it is added to the calendar for 10am. See attached image.
Even though the meeting is added to the calendar for the correct time, some users are confused by the time being displayed in Pacific Time.
Thanks for the help.

@John-TKH
"attached image" ?
Do you send "normal"/standard/generic eMail-Messages which contain the Webex-Meeting-Info (copy-paste)?
Or do you send meeting-invitation-messages via e.g. Outlook (using the productivity tools add-on)?

This meeting invites are sent from inside of Webex directly.
The image I thought I attached , is now attached. The meeting is scheduled for 10am CT but in the email that goes out has this section saying 8am PT. I know technically it's correct, but some of our clients are confused and think the meeting is at 8am CT (not PT).
Is there a way to change this setting so the time in the email refers to CT not PT?

Yes, I checked the time zone settings and both show Central Time Zone.
