No "Virtual Background" button on iPad

Hi, does anyone know what version of the ipad app had the "Virtual Background" added? Is it iOS dependent? I updated my ipad webex app just now, but I am still not getting the Virtual Background option. Thank you!

Alex, If not done already, your admin have to enable this for your org for the feature to work. There is dependencies on Webex version and on the hardware as well, check the link below for more info but regarding iOS the minimum hardware is:

• iPhone 7 and later

• iPad (5th generation) and later

• iPad Pro and later

• iPad mini (5th generation) and later

• iPad Air (3rd generation) and later
