I'm trying to convert an ARF file to MP4 and I get an undocumented step to provide with Site URL, account name and password. I use my company SSO for authenticating to Webex services and I don't want to provide my company-provided username or password to a Windows desktop application, not speaking of would it even work or not. Is there a way to convert the ARF to MP4 in a different way? Could you convert to me on the server and publish MP4 instead?

Converting .ARF files to .MP4 format requires a special plug-in to be installed to the Network-Recording Player.

Hi Marcin.paluch,
I have created a Web Interface & Rest API solution for ARF to MP4 conversion. No need to install Webex player. Both solution has not dependent on any OS, and easy to use.
