We are recording all our training session so we can share the recording with the registrants who were not able to attend. The quality of the recording is AWFUL!! Very pixelized. What can we do?
Just a few details on how we are managing our sessions:
- we share our presentation via Share file
- we have polls during the session
- we have several panelists who need to have the presenter role at some point
- we have from 50 to 120 attendees per session
- we use VoIP only for the participants to join the session
- the video quality is set to its maximum on the Admin site
- the recording is automatically started
Please let me know if you have any tricks.
