Webex Training: Backup Trainer

For Webex Training sessions, how would it be best to handle if a trainer is out sick that day but you would like to have another employee cover the training session? Would adding other trainers as Presenters allow others to hold the session without the person who set up the training session? 

I see that there is a way to invite another host to the training. If we did that does that training then appear in that person's My Webex calendar so they can start the meeting if the original host that scheduled is unavailable?

Invite them as a Presenter, but in that same Invite Presenters window, make them an alternate host.  Making them an alternate host will put the session as one they can start when they log into Webex using their own credentials
