Hi, short question on Attentiveness tracking and live training usage report:
I've done a test ticking and unticking the tracking into the session option to see the impact on the Usage report. I do not notice a difference: in the both reports the 2 coulums with % of attentiveness are present and to be honest is not easy to understand the values.
What does it means?
*Solution 1: even if the tracking option is unticked the system is able to monitor the attentiveness and to log the values into the report.
*Solution 2: The column "Attention-to-Attendance ratio: Attentiveness based on how long the attendee was in the session" is = to 100% then when th option is unticked this column is always = to 100%
Other solutions?
