Tried launching the app several times on my personal computer. It doesnt launch. The icon bounces for a few seconds then stops and nothing else happens.

 

Steps taken so far:

  1. Uninstalled the app
  2. Downloaded and re-installed
  3. Attempted to launch

x3

 

Same issue.
