Use Case Description/Overview
CyberData’s Webex Calling solution focuses on delivering high quality IP endpoints for key areas within public and private organizations with a need for paging, notification, two-way communication, and access control.
CyberData’s Webex Calling compatible IP endpoints are TAA compliant and have gone through rigorous testing for compatibility with Cisco’s Webex Calling. Two Year Warranty and access to Live Domestic Technical Support are included with every CyberData purchase.
CyberData’s Webex Calling solution includes:
IP Paging – VoIP SIP/Multicast Speakers that deliver general paging and emergency announcements. Speakers offer TLS 1.2 and SRTP enhanced security for IP Endpoints in a local or hosted environment with support for 10 multicast paging groups.
IP Notification – Perfect for schools, banks, public parking lots, and garages, SIP-enabled Indoor and IP65-rated Outdoor Call Buttons offer one-touch programmable call to an IP phone or page announcement. If an event such as an emergency occurs, a simple button press will automatically place a call to the configured phone or extension number. When the called number answers, the Call Button plays and repeats a stored audio file.
IP Visual Alerting –SIP RGB Multi-color Strobes provide a visual alert during emergency or general announcements and are especially useful for loud environments such as manufacturing, schools, public garages, and parking lots. CyberData’s Strobes meet ADA requirements for telephony signaling and notification. For each activation, the user can choose among multiple colors, blink rates, and brightness levels. Features include event-controlled relay, and tamper sensor as well.
IP to Analog Paging Adapters – SIP-enabled IP Endpoints that utilize existing analog paging amplifiers and speakers and provide an easy method for implementing an IP-based paging system for both new and legacy installations. Features include:
- Bell Scheduling
- Timed safety reminders and general announcements
- Zone Paging
IP Two-way Communication and Access Control – Our SIP-enabled Indoor and IP65-rated Outdoor Intercoms offer two-way communication and secure access control. Allow safe entry for staff and notify them when visitors are on site. Door closure and tamper-alert signals offer the benefit of increased security. Intercoms can also connect to indoor or IP65-rated outdoor Auxiliary Strobe Kit, providing ADA-compliant visual notification.
IP Ringing - The SIP-enabled Office Ringer is perfect for small offices or cubicles for a distinct ring tone and provides a user uploadable audible ring indication when part of a ring group. The SIP Office Ringer also supports direct SIP voice paging and priority-based Multicast broadcasts.
