Does anyone have some suggestions on the best way (or tools available) to share a video during a Webex webinar? I have tried all optimization settings in Webex for video & audio but none of them have worked. Participants still complain that the audio is not synchronized and that on several occasions the video freezes. Participants claim that they're wired and have plenty of broadband.
We also use a wired PC for the session and have a symmetric fiber connection to Internet. I'm wondering if the software used to reproduce the video (Windows media player) is not the proper tool for this.
Hope I can get some pointers on this issue from the community.
