SEND INVITATION TO A LARGE DATABASE.
Good day. Our company is new to Webex. We procured ‘Webex Webinars 3000’ for hosting up to 3 000 attendees per event.
Our actual need: to send a webinar invitation to about 30 000 e-mail addresses and only accept the first 3 000 RSVPs. During the demo the service provider (reseller/partner of Webex) confirmed that the platform will be able to send invitations to as many invitees as we want and then only accommodate 3 000 RSVPs/attendees. Which was what we want. But now that we procured the license, we can only send invitations to 10 000 invitees. Is there a way to work around this? Or what type of license do we need to accommodate our need?
