Destination Url Error in Events, It says it has been locked

the url's domain has been blocked webex. Contact your site administrator for more details.

Please suggest/provide solution, if anybody have idea.

Hello! - This means that you have to provide your Webex admin (one who controls / manages your Webex site) the domain of the url you'd like to use.  The admin then needs to enter it in the site settings part of your Webex site.
