Does WebEx Events have breakout rooms?

Our sales rep gave us Events instead of Training like we asked for. We wanted Training because of a few features but mainly, participant video and breakouts rooms. Our rep says that Events has breakout rooms but I can't find any documentations or settings that allow me to do breakout rooms in Events.

Can you do breakout rooms in Events?

Webex Meetings has breakout rooms but in Meetings you aren't able to have attendees and panelists.

Hi!  Webex Events does not have Breakouts, but Webex Meetings does.  Do you have Meetings?
