Is there a test site for panelists to use so they can test to see if they have all the *required* browser plug-ins / extensions or the most current version of the events app?
Key word here is EVENTS -- not meetings -- EVENTS.
Or do we have to setup an ongoing event "test" event on our site? If that's the case can someone PLEASE point me to the relevant documentation?
I should add - is there a test site they can use THAT WILL NOT BOMBARD THEM WITH MARKETING POPUPS? Or sign them up for things they do not want?
We want to direct our event panelists to a resource before an event so they can test their audio and video, and not delay an event discovering that Cisco has yet again updated some browser or other resource that requires they "update" something prior to an event. This is both time consuming and frustrating -- and delays way too many events due to some unnecessary Cisco/Webex requirement. Thanks.
