Pinning on multiple speakers only (not other panelists) during an event

I am hosting an event with 1 moderator and 5 speakers, but also need 2 or 3 people on as panelists so they have access to monitor questions/put up polls/do tech support in the background. Is there a way to remove the video squares of some panelists from view, so that attendees only see the video squares of the actual speakers and not the blank squares of those in the background?

This is an important feature for increasing adoption for Events for us.  We have between 10 and 18 panelists over the course of a 1.5 hour event, but only 2-3 need to be seen at a time for a live Q&A.  If we stream it to Youtube, the thumbnails for all panelists and hosts are visible, so we have to feed the whole video output to a separate encoding device, while manipulating a fullscreen view.
