Hi Community!
I am trying to find a way to leverage on Cisco WebEx Events to host webinars, however, to prevent to run into any confidentiality or privacy risks I need to secure that WebEx Event so:
- Invitation cannot be sent via email, the URL would be shared only via a website.
- All attendees (internal and external to the org) are authenticated in some way to prevent non-intended recipients from joining (i.e. an authorized party sharing the meeting url with a third party)
- No 'guest' attendees are allowed
Is this possible? How?
