We host EVENTS with multiple panelists, one of which opens the event and then drops off -- we want that person to "disappear" from the panel -- no visual box or initials for them -- until they turn their video back on to rejoin to close the meeting.
How do we configure this?
It it annoying that when a panelist or host turns off their video and audio a box for them remains.
Can a host be moved to attendee status and them moved back to host if there is no easy way to do the above?
FYI -- this is time sensitive -- eg urgent.
