Resolution
If the base station cannot associate with any wireless device, the internal radio parameters might be incorrectly set in the base station or the wireless devices. Reset and reconfigure the base station and the wireless device's radio card to default values
The reset button is in a small hole on the back panel of the base station and is used to restore the default values for the device.
