Core Issue
If you configure the access control list (ACL) on the command-line interface (CLI), then it is possible that it is not recognized by the graphical user interface (GUI). When the ACL misses the deny statement, the WARNING: Filter 700 was configured on interface Dot11Radio0 using CLI It must be cleared via CLI to ensure proper operation of the web interface error message appears.
Resolution
The workaround for the problem is that when you see this error message, delete all the access lists lines and configure them by the GUI again. In order to delete the access list, you must select the interface or radio where the access list is applied and then use the no access-list command for each list that you want to delete.
The syntax of the command is similar to this:
no access-list 700 permit 000x.xxxx.xxxx 0000.0000.0000

Refer to the Configuring Filters Using the Web-Browser Interface section of
Configuring Filters for more information on how to configure filters from the GUI.
Note: Avoid the use of both the CLI and the web-browser interfaces in order to configure the wireless device. If you use the CLI in order configure the wireless device, the web-browser interface might display an inaccurate interpretation of the configuration. But, the inaccuracy does not necessarily mean that the wireless device is misconfigured.
