Problema al convertir Cisco AP 2802i en ME (WLC)

Hola chicos, estoy volviendome un poco loco, controlo algo de router y switches Cisco, pero con los APs estoy ahora empezando a trastear. Ha caido en mis manos varios AP 2802i y quiero convertir uno de ellos en Mobility Express para que me haga de WLC del resto.

El caso es que he pasado del software CAPWAP a Mobility Express pero algo me da que no está bien, porque primero que se me queda la luz parpadeando alternando verde y rojo, que según este enlace el punto se encuentra en proceso de descubrir/unirse a un WLC, de hecho veo mensajes en consola de este tipo:

Curiosamente mi red es la 192.168.2.x, no sé si es que está descubriendo datos de algún otro controlador cercano.

Yo realicé todo el proceso de factory reset, apretando el botón más de 20 segundos en el arranque y de hecho el show versión muestra lo siguiente:

El caso es que ni puedo conectarme por wifi para hacer la configuración, ni en consola me lanza el setup inicial. ¿podéis darme alguna pista o alguna indicación sobre como proceder? He estado viendo múltiples hilos de la comunidad y también en algunas webs, de problemas con la alimentación o con la actualización de la imagen del sistema, pero creo haber seguido todo correctamente, aunque supongo que algo haré mal.

El AP recibe la IP por dhcp 192.168.2.203 y responde a ping, pero no a telnet, http o ssh, y tampoco publica ninguna wifi ni la aprovisionamiento.

Resuelto: He caído en quitarle el cable de red del power-injector para que no tuviera conexión a la red y tras volver a conectar el power-injector (pero sin el cable de red) y tras terminar el arranque al poco el solo se ha configurado y ya ha entrado en consola en el modo de aprovisionamiento y autoinstall, tras activar el webserver y los servicios pertinentes, el led se ha quedado fijo en el verde y ya me aparece la red CiscoAirProvision.

Ya podía algún manual concretar esto.

Lo dejo de todos modos por aquí, por si le ocurre a alguna persona más.
