Start the troubleshooting process by telling us what the problem is.

Users complain that all are slow when they connecting ssid , mean to say all applications,  all folders , all files. When they are accessing using wireless. Everything is working when they are connecting to Lan.

What Leo is also asking is if you went onsite to verify the issue. Unless you go onsite to replicate the issue and collect more data, there is nothing anyone can do.

 - Include an initial description of the wireless deployment too. Is this controller-based (e.g.) or standalone AP's ? Include, for instance, controller-model + software version being used, and include AP-models.
