Proximity インストール失敗する。for windows7

お世話になっております。

https://proximity.cisco.com/ から、Proximity.msi をダウンロードしノートPCにインストールしましたがエラーが表示されました。

回避策、解決法等ご教示いただけますでしょうか。

こちらを参照していただき、Windows のバージョンが 32 bitか64 bitかご確認いただけますでしょうか？

Intteligent Proximityアプリケーションは64 bit版のみのサポートとなっております。

Windows のバージョンは64 bit となります。

エラー表示は確認できず、crashed のウィンドウがポップアップしたとみとなります。

追加での質問で申し訳ないのですが、Proximity について説明されたマニュアルなど教えて下さい。

こちらになります。Proximity インストール端末からTP端末にTCP Port 443(HTTPS)で到達制があることが条件になります。
