是正常的，这是个临时授权，但并未激活使用。
交换机上show licence会有多个license可供使用，最常见的是ipbase的，"License Type"显示了许可的类型，permanent表示永久授权，evaluation表示评估测试授权，你的这个ipservices是一个8周左右的临时授权，可以短时间激活并使用ipservice的特性。
激活对应的license级别需要再全局模式下使用license boot level xxx来设置，重启设备之后生效。

lanbase lanbase level还有一种是RTU（RightToUse）的license，如果show license right-to-use中显示存在“PermanentRightToUse”的license，也可用命令激活使用（license right-to-use active xxx）//应该是在15.0之后的版本可用。12.2(XXX）的版本没有这个命令
