If the call is H323:

 Open Putty session.

 From “loggings”, select “all session output” and save the putty
file in your PC from “browse”.

 From “session”, login as SSH/Telnet as admin user.

 log output on

 log ctx H323Packet debug 9

 Reproduce the faulty call and then drop it.

 log ctx H323Packet debug off

 log output off

 send TAC the putty file by
email

If the call is
SIP:

 Open Putty session.

 From “loggings”, select “all session output” and save the putty
file in your PC from “browse”.

 From “session”, login as SSH/Telnet as admin user.

 log output on

 log ctx SIPPacket debug 9

 Reproduce the faulty call and then drop it.

 log ctx SIPPacket debug off

 log output off

 send TAC putty file by email.
