A customer has requested the feature to allow Jabber to automatically mute answered calls when auto-answer is enabled

Auto Answer Enabled

后来12版本出来后，好像支持默认呼叫静音了。

If you don't want to worry about interrupting your calls with background noise, setup Cisco Jabber to automatically mute your audio.

Go to Options > Calls and turn on Mute audio by default for Jabber calls.

记得Jabber的老版本不支持自动静音的，针对该问题还给思科研发提过定制Jabber版本的需求，现在应该有支持该特性的版本了。具体后台CUCM该用哪个版本，Jabber用哪个版本，可以开个case请思科TAC给一个最佳的各组件版本兼容配套关系表。

问题出现在环境：cucm 11.5.1.14900-11/ im 11.5.1.14900-32
在其他环境：cucm:10.5.2.12901 / im 10.5.2.22900 正常

可能是11.5.1.14900-11版本的BUG吧，可以尝试升级到最新小版本
