FXO端口一直处于off-hook

各位专家你们好，请教各位两个语音方面的问题：1.公司的2911上注册了一部7821和两个7945G话机，最近网络电话呼外线一直无法呼出，可以打进来，但挂了电话过一会电话就会响一下，拿起话筒没有任何声音. 使用show voice port summary,voice-port 0/0/0端口一直处理off-hook ,其它都是on-hook.2.内部分机不显示外线的来电号码，只显示Unknow number.请各位指点，谢谢！

0/0/0 端口off-hook的问题，可以先判断下物理线路是否正常，直接连接一台模拟电话，测试下。没有号码显示，你可以先测试下你的translation-profile，正常情况下来说，从PSTN入向的呼叫，是不需要对主叫方做号码转换的，最多加个出局号码，共回拨使用。

接模拟电话都是正常的
