I did basic routing on the ASA, but the mac address is different

I added routing as follows, but the MAC address is different as shown in the picture below. How do I fix it?

you dont need fix it it not problem, 
if you want to see ASA use MAC address of next-hop of static router then only ping any IP out of subnet of next-hop 
here the ASA will use MAC of next-hop.

I didn't do anything wrong, I just added routing.

there is no problem, the ASA use MAC of next-hop of static route if the packet destination is reach from that next-hop
here the packet from  11.0.3.3-> 11.0.1.1 
so the ASA have interface connect to subnet that match packet destination and hence the ASA send arp ask the MAC of this IP 
which is match what you see in PDU. 

Static routing to an address on a MAC that is not where I want to go. How do I fix this..
