Hi,
My 562 headset will not connect to its base station. Both the headset's single LED and the 5 LEDs on the base continually flash. I tried the pairing instructions (turn headset off then place on base station) found in the users guide with no luck. Using the Accessory Tool web page, I updated the firmware to HS2-2-0001-3, but that didn't help. (And fwiw, the headset logs that the tool allows me to download are empty.)
Any thoughts on what to try next?
