Cisco 730 headset looses connection every week or so...

I've had this headset for a year or so now, and I'm developing a love-hate relationship with it.

I think it's been worse since I replaced my desktop PC with a laptop.

The headset works with Cisco Jabber
I need to play wav files
Sometimes the headset nor the laptop will play audio
Sometimes the sound comes out of the laptop speakers
Never out of the headset

Jabber will play
Youtube won't play
wav files won't play

Any help would be appreciated!

I've tried removing it and resynching it (blue tooth)
I've help the button so it removed all the connected device history
Accessory Hub says the firmware is up to date.

In the Windows 11 System\Sounds the Output is Headphones Cisco HS 730-ORJ and Input Headset is set to Cisco HS 730-ORJ
