Hello,
I have a quick technical question:
Is it possible to use the Cisco Table Microphone (the omnidrectional round one) with the older Cisco TelePresence MX 300?
It seems to be the same type of connection (3.5mm jack), but i can´t find anything about compatibility since the older model isn´t listed on the compatible devices sheet of the microphone.
Would be glad for a quick answer,
Thanks

If the device is not in the compatibility list, then it's not supported and / or won't work, easy as that.
You can try to connect it anyway and test, if it works. But when you have problems, nobody can help, since it's not supported.

The devices are similar, so may likely work, but as the MX300 is an end of support device, they are not supported. I have not personally tested on an old MX300, but I have previously used them on SX20 and MX300G2 codecs without any issues.
You would need the CS-MIC-TABLE-J= version and not the CS-MIC-TABLE-E= which has a different connector.
