Compatible Headset for 7821

Hello, 

I'm looking for a headset compatible for a Cisco 7821 with firmware sip78xx.10-3-1-12,

This because if we use a newer version we loose the Recent Calls.

In this Firmware version we cannot use the Cisco Headset.

Does anyone have found a compatible headset or have any idea where to look.

There was a bug for that, but it has been fixed for quite some time:

That FW you're running is 6 years old, I would suggest you work with your SE to test newer firmware versions to confirm the bug is not there and you can use Cisco headsets if you wish.

If you still want to use that old FW, then you would need to go directly to the headset vendors like Jabra or Plantronics and use their online tools for product compatibility, I'd suggest you also reach out to them and ask if they need certain FW for their products to work fine or if would work with any FW version.
